This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class operation at the ground floor and shape the member experience from day one.

The Role

As Club Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day running of a premium Private Members Club β€” leading a team of 20–25 staff, setting service standards, and working closely with the COO to execute the club's commercial and operational strategy. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable building relationships with members, managing operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all non-medical departments
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with board objectives
  • Build and retain a loyal membership base through exceptional service and engagement
  • Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and P&L reporting alongside the CFO
