Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working with a private members’ club specialising in curated access to the world’s finest hotels. Reporting to the Business Founder in a newly created Head of Finance role to support bringing the Finance function in-house, the successful appointment will be responsible for building structure, introducing efficiencies, and driving financial best practices across multiple platforms and revenue streams to lead finance operations, while remaining closely involved in the details of day-to-day accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established business now going through an exciting growth phase!
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reconciliation: Being accountable for financial reconciliation across multiple platforms, such as QuickBooks, Revolut, Stripe, and across third-party platforms.
- Invoicing & Payments: Efficiently manage all accounts receivable and payable transactions (hotels, DMCs, Independent Agents, suppliers). Manage bi-monthly invoicing cycles and monitor outstanding invoices. Managing any payment disputes.
- Credit Control & Debt Management: Monitor payment timelines against our company policies, and manage cash flow and overdue balances.
