Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer wellness brand to recruit an experienced Finance Executive specialising in Accounts Receivable.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will own the end-to-end AR function across the UK and multiple international entities, including D2C, e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, collections and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Oversee automated invoicing and resolve discrepancies across sales channels.
- Manage outstanding balances, customer queries and key wholesale relationships.
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and intercompany transactions.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen AR controls.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control or collections.
- Experience chasing key accounts such as Tesco, Boots, and Sainsbury's is highly advantageous
- Strong Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.
- Confident managing customer relationships and collections independently.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, D2C, e-commerce or wholesale environments is esential.
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business.
