Who Does This Role Report Into? Associate Director - Consultancy and Mobilisation
Role Summary / Purpose and Scope: This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of 1 Basinghall Avenue with high levels of Client Engagement and Customer service required, managing contractors, security staff, maintenance, and cleaners while adhering to expenditure and current legislation.

Skills, Knowledge and Values:
- Support the completion of planned works, monitor PPMs, and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations.
- Work with Client Leads to meet service delivery expectations and assist in pitches for expanded or new work.
- Coordinate and manage evacuations of the building, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Manage contractor and supplier performance, ensuring best value and efficiencies.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and site security plans are in place.
- Create site-specific procedures and standard operating policies as required.
- Lead in the management of FM Fee Income in partnership with Client Leads.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental management standards.
- Engage with occupiers to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare service charge budgets and monitor expenditure.
Experience and Salary:
- Level of Experience / Certifications: 4 years' experience in a similar role. IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable.
- Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday
- Salary Range: GBP 75,000 - GBP 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
