What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with our Surveying and Facilities Management teams—learning from the best, contributing from day one, and shaping the future of property services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Property Operations: Support planned works, budgets, compliance, and maintenance
- Lease & Occupier Management: Review lease terms and help ensure positive relationships and retention.
- Financial Oversight: Assist with payments, arrears, and client reporting
- Sustainability Focus: Drive real change alongside our Sustainability Team—reducing carbon emissions and boosting efficiency
- Performance & Reporting: Analyse data, prepare reports for audits and clients, and ensure accurate systems
- Contractor Management: Support procurement and monitor supplier performance
- Emergency Planning: Help implement site security plans and emergency responses
- Property Management: Undertake the property management of a small portfolio of properties, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of client and tenant needs
