Compensation: GBP 40,000 – GBP 42,000 per annum (based on experience)

Title: Community Manager – 12‑Month Fixed Term Contract

Team: Site based role at Victoria House

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday

Job Summary: The Community Manager will act as the first point of call for tenant issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent communication with tenants, external guests, and the building management company. The role involves proactive problem‑solving, developing process documentation, managing event booking and delivery, and upholding the highest standards of service, maintenance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant and occupier service requests and coordinate with contractors.
• Support and deputise for the Site Director when required.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, RICS and ISO standards and statutory requirements.
• Act as the site ambassador, ensuring a professional and courteous welcome for visitors and callers.
• Monitor and improve hard services and contractor performance.
• Facilitate event booking and delivery, ensuring clarity of expectations and high quality standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Values

• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of report writing and liaison with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, self‑managed and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of MS Office; experience with Riskwise preferred; IOSH certification desirable.

Experience: Experience in a similar role is required. Ideally experience with Microsoft Office and Riskwise, IOSH certification desirable.

This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Please note the salary range is GBP 40,000 – GBP 42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
