A new and interesting role for a functional FI/CO SAP Project Manager & PMO to join a global brand to set up a PMO and then lead and deliver SAP FI/CO implementation and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. The role involves managing end-to-end project life cycle, stakeholder engagement, and driving successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Essential Experience:- Able to set up a PMO
- Functional SAP FI/CO Project management
- Hands-on experience with SAP deployment projects, including design, build, and test phases
- PMO - Governance, Policy, Frameworks, Strategic Planning
- Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Understanding of SAP modules and integration points
- Familiarity with waterfall, SAP Activate, or Agile methodologies
- SAP Cloud BTP understanding will be preferable
- Project Leadership: Manage SAP projects eg, S/4HANA - modules FI/CO, MM, SD from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Lead the PMO Governance.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams. Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and ensure clear communication.
- Budget & Compliance: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control. Ensure compliance with corporate governance and SAP best practices. Lead and manage the annual ITGC audits.
- Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, and business analysts. Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively. Coordinate and support European SAP COE IT Meetings.
