Overview: The Internal Director of Sales (Community Relations Director) is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and revenue potential by attracting qualified prospects through outreach, inquiries, tours, and sales initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales standards
Maintain or grow resident occupancy to maximum levels
Partner with department heads and the Executive Director to conduct tours and host marketing events
Follow up on leads and document activities
Ensure a strong first impression of the community
Train and engage staff in the sales process
Build professional relationships and community connections
