Key Responsibilities
Resourcing and identifying suitable candidates through job boards and other recruitment platforms
Contacting candidates to discuss vacancies and their suitability for available roles
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records on our internal database and CRM
Completing data entry and general administrative tasks
Supporting the recruitment team with candidate compliance and documentation
Assisting with arranging interviews
Supporting Maplewood Recruitment’s social media and marketing activity
Helping to maintain a professional and positive candidate experience
Required Skills
Confident communicating over the phone, email and in person.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
Good attention to detail
Organised, reliable and proactive
Professional and approachable and able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience is not required as this is an entry level opportunity. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help the successful candidate develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the role.
