As our Energy Improvement Specialist based at our key dry powder factory in Kent, you are passionate about both energy conservation and carbon management and are driven to make a real difference to our world.
In This Diverse Role You Will Focus On:
- Driving the site’s energy reduction roadmap to deliver our ambitious 2030 and 2040 strategic targets
- Ensuring compliance with energy and carbon legislation and Premier Foods standards
- Developing, coordinating and implementing strategies and policies (including behavioural best practices) to reduce energy consumption
- Leading energy related capital investment projects through all stages of the life cycle, whilst working closely with our Engineering team and external contractors
- Championing and delivering energy awareness programs across site to all colleagues
- Monitoring, recording and analysing energy data

- Degree/equivalent in Energy Management or Engineering
- Specialist knowledge of the energy industry, including technical expertise in innovative/new technologies
- 5 years experience in a similar capacity
- Leadership skills with the ability to drive improvements and influence others
- Project Management experience highly desirable
