Main requirements: To successfully register with Ofsted. Comply with safeguarding and child protection procedures at all times and promote an honest and open culture. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all regulations and standards at all times. Grow a staff team that are experienced in supporting vulnerable young people. Requirements: Have experience in a management role within a residential children's home for at least 2 years within the last 5 years.
