Maplewood Independent Living is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting clients in their own homes across Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Mildenhall, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

Your Role as a Care Support Worker * Support clients to live independently in their own homes. * Assist with personal care and medication where required. * Help with daily household tasks, including meal preparation. * Accompany clients to appointments and shopping trips. * Maintain accurate records. * Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of clients at all times. * Communicate regularly with the branch manager.
Requirements as a Care Support Worker * Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance). * Right to work in the UK (required). * Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. * Reliable, professional, and caring attitude. * Respect for client dignity, independence, and confidentiality. * Comfortable using a smartphone, with willingness to learn how to use our app for recording care notes (training provided).
