We are seeking an Office Manager / Deputy Manager to join our head office team in Great Dunmow on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday (in addition to out of hours on call when rostered paid separately in addition).

You must drive and have access to your own vehicle. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the provision of the highest quality care and support for the more vulnerable members of the community.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the administration, care, and support functions of the service
- To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may, from time-to-time, be required to maintain practices
- To ensure service users are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing
- The efficient and effective day-to-day management of the human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that the required standards are maintained
- Ensuring all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date
- To ensure all staff at the service receive formal supervision and appraisals
- Oversee the duty rota monthly in advance ensuring the correct skills and numbers on duty
- Be responsible for promoting and protecting the welfare of those individuals supported by the service
- Develop effective working relationships with all employees within the service
- Work in cooperation with members of the multidisciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for people in the service
- Work within the relevant Code of Conduct
Required Skills:
- Previous experience working in a care office setting at a supervisory level
- To drive and have your own car
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to learn new IT systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable with an excellent work ethic
- Respect the individuality and confidentiality of the staff and clients
