Maplewood Independent Living is looking for a fun, energetic, and compassionate individual to join a small, dedicated care team supporting an adult with complex medical and care needs in her own home in Braintree. This is a special role for someone who brings positive energy, warmth, and initiative into everything they do. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive team, helping to create a calm, engaging, and empowering environment day to day.
Shift Patterns: A mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts are available. Weekend availability is preferred. Drivers are desirable but not essential, as longer shifts can be provided.

Your Role:
- Work as part of an established team to support and maintain the client's independence at home.
- Confidently assist with personal care, medication and daily routines.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the client's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
- Communicate regularly with the branch manager and team.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK (required).
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Reliable, professional, and caring attitude.
- Respect for client dignity, independence, and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using a smartphone (training provided for care app).
