Maplewood Independent Living are looking for Carers / Support Workers in and around the Essex area to support clients in their own home. We currently have clients in Chelmsford, Great Dunmow, Saffron Waldon, Braintree, Halstead, and surrounding areas. You would need to be able to drive and have business insurance. Full or part time hours available. Currently, we are only able to consider applications from individuals who already have the legal right to work in the UK.

- Assist with daily tasks in the home, preparing and cooking meals.
- Assisting with personal care.

- Maintain clear and accurate records.

- Maintain regular and courteous contact with the branch manager.
- Reliable with an excellent work ethic.
- Provide the highest standards of care and support.

- Respect the service users independence and authority, be mindful of their wishes and to always treat them with fairness and courtesy.
- Ensure and adhere to strict standards of health and safety thereby ensuring the health, safety and welfare of the service users and themselves at all times.
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
- Have a valid driving licence, own transport with business insurance.
- Previous experience is advantageous, however not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
