We are looking for a passionate and experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at our luxury care home.

Our Hospitality Team Leader will provide an exceptional hospitality service within our luxury care home, working with the Catering Team, the Lifestyles Team and Housekeeping.

This is a crucial position and central to the lives of the people we support and their families, so good people skills are essential alongside strong people and organisational skills.

If you have previous experience working in the hospitality sector, and have an affinity for care – this is the role for you

As Hospitality Team Leader your key responsibilities will include

  • To provide an exceptional hospitality service in the home in conjunction with the catering team.
  • To lead and implement a 5-star resident and family experience within the home.
  • Support the Hospitality assistants to achieve daily tasks, leading by example in a front-facing role.
  • Work closely with the Head of Hospitality to plan and execute any customer/resident events.
  • Ensure that dining areas are set up and maintained to a very high standard.
  • To work with and deputise for the Head of Hospitality ensuring compliance with standards expected by regulators.
