Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. Location: Maplewood Court, Northumberland Avenue, Maidstone ME15 7TA

Hours: 14 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Part-time

Shift: Evenings (7pm to 11pm, alternating pattern of 4 shifts one week and 3 the next)

What you will be doing:

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening
  • Supporting residents with getting ready for bed
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments
  • Actively participating in various training and up‑skilling sessions
  • Working closely with team members and management team

What you need:

  • A can‑do attitude
  • Be a compassionate and caring person
  • Be a true team player
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given
  • Be reliable and able to work evening hours
