Mapletree seeks a senior investment leader to drive data centre activity across the UK and Europe, overseeing asset acquisitions, development projects and M&A opportunities. The role will originate and evaluate opportunities, drive investment execution and support the expansion of the Group’s data centre platform in the region. You will build market strategies, manage end-to-end transactions, and collaborate with development, asset management, legal and finance teams to optimise returns and grow.
