The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
Position will be based in the London office, supporting the Group in capital raising, investor engagement and marketing of the Group as well as its private funds within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in support of the overall business strategy of the Group.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing strategies to build the Group’s private capital management business in support of the Group’s forward growth objectives.
- Support the Group in the capital raising process, with focus on marketing and managing investor due diligence requirements within the EMEA for private real estate funds or capital partnerships.
- Actively manage relationships with investors, private capital partners as well as capital raising channels and develop strong understanding of current deployment needs and preferences of investors in the EMEA.
- Conduct market research and analysis of private funds and listed comparables (both REITs and Managers) to keep abreast of funds flow / capital allocation developments in the real estate industry alongside strategy and investment trends.
- Maintain quality communication channels with both internal and external clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Real Estate or its equivalent.
- At least 15 years’ relevant experience in fund raising in different strategies for a large real estate manager, operator or listed REIT with private equity platforms.
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experiences in fund or capital raising for EMEA.
- Possess strong marketing, communication and investor relations skills with a foundation in real estate investment and financial analysis.
- Proactive, resourceful, independent and innovative team player working in a collaborative fashion with the Group in Singapore.
- Frequent travelling is required for the role.
