This position will be responsible for leading a team in managing the overall operations of a portfolio of properties, enhancing the value of the properties through well-maintained and efficiently run facilities through effective cost management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and budgeting for property operations and maintenance.
  • Help monitor and review property management policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate cyclical repairs, improvement works, and minor projects under guidance.
  • Support security management and liaise with contractors providing services at the properties.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants and help resolve issues in coordination with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in safety-related matters.
  • Help prepare reports and support audits and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification in Building, Real Estate, Facilities Management or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in property or facilities management.
  • Basic knowledge of building services and M&E systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to be ready 24/7 and to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player with excellent planning, communication and good interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Possesses project management capabilities and solid financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
