Are you a friendly, organised and professional individual who enjoys working with people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Receptionist to join our administrative team on a part-time, term-time basis as part of a job-share arrangement.

As first point of contact for visitors, parents, students and staff, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth running of the school reception. Additional administrative hours may be available at various points of the year to support the admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, parents and students to the school
  • Manage reception, visitor sign-in procedures and incoming calls
  • Respond to enquiries and direct visitors appropriately, following safeguarding procedures
  • Process mail, deliveries and messages

Hours: 8.00am – 12.15pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Currently £24,562.00 - £24,878.00 per annum – full time equivalent. As this position is term time only and part time, the actual salary equates to £12,241.15 - £12,398.64 per annum. Please note that salary reviews take place each September and as such the salary range quoted above is subject to an increase at that time following governor approval.
