We are seeking a professional, detail oriented and ambitious Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join the London based team on an 18-month Fixed term contract (Maternity cover). This role offers flexible hybrid working and we will consider candidates from a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house background. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, the TA Advisor's responsibilities will include connecting with potential candidates for roles in our offices across Europe, screening applications and supporting hiring managers/partners whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and publishing job adverts on our HR System and ATS
- Managing responses to job adverts as well as any speculative enquiries in a timely manner
- Sourcing qualified candidates through a blend of direct methods and key recruitment agency contacts or any other sourcing channels as appropriate
- Managing 3rd party relationships and preferred suppliers
- Building talent pipelines, market mapping and developing creative recruitment solutions
- Arranging, attending and/or conducting interviews as well as training and coaching hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practice
- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusivity throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining an awareness of market conditions, trends and challenges by using data to provide recommendations or information to inform decision making
- Conducting research and providing reports on recruitment and market data for example, salary benchmarking or benefits research
- Collaborating with the HR BP team to guide and advise hiring managers through the recruitment process
- Working with Marketing and the HR Business Partnering team to create recruitment campaigns using social media
- Collaborating and supporting the wider HR team on ad-hoc projects as required
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- At least three years experience in a recruitment role, preferably with knowledge of the legal industry within a professional services environment
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites including LinkedIn and Pirical
- Familiarity with applicant or candidate management systems such as Jobvite
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high level stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Proven ability to collaborate with partners, line managers and HRBPs to identify and define hiring needs
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment while ensuring high levels of attention to detail
- Proven experience of taking a proactive approach to duties and responsibilities and using initiative when required
- Demonstrable impact and influencing skills
- Strong delivery focus and client service skills
- Ability to maintain resilience and focus in a busy and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS office skills particularly in relation to Word, Outlook and Excel
