The Opportunity

We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to join our HR Team as part of our financial services business in London. As part of our London team you will be performing the below key duties:

  • Develop and maintain Total Rewards vision and guiding principles through consultation and collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain total rewards policies and framework to support business objectives, in line with agreed guiding principles.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate.
  • Determine competitive salary bands and develop and modify compensation plans to support the development of compensation strategy.
  • Drive compensation calibration and alignment internally and to market, through the use of global grading system and salary surveys.
  • Gather and analyse data to review, benchmark and propose recommendations (e.g. salary survey, benefit plans, pension plans), in turn providing salary survey data submissions to vendors for participating countries globally.
  • Design models for jobs evaluation, salary increases and special salary plans to meet the company’s business objectives and desired retention strategy.
  • Conduct compensation analysis for new roles and new hires to ensure internal equity and market alignment.
