About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager reports to the two Directors of Marketing and manages the Digital Marketing Specialist. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: to ensure the Maples Group has a market‑leading presence across all digital media platforms. The successful candidate will work with members of the BD&M team, partners, business heads and other senior stakeholders across all offices on the creation and delivery of digital marketing strategies and campaigns. This role also acts as a central resource for digital marketing across the Group, supporting our Legal, Fiduciary and Fund Services divisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Strategic: Collaborate with the Directors of Marketing to develop a comprehensive Group digital and marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating new business opportunities and enhancing overall client experience.
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Oversee all social media platforms and activities. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximise engagement.
- Website Content Management: Work with our marketing specialists on the creation, editing, and publication of website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Group's brand and objectives.
- General: Work with our in‑house Creative & Digital Studio to ensure our digital footprint is on‑brand and evolves. Support the delivery of campaigns across a variety of digital marketing channels.
Experience & Qualifications
- A professional qualification in a Business or Marketing related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience (preferably in professional, B2B or financial services).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, content strategy, and performance analytics across web and multimedia channels.
- Strong relationship skills and the capability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of senior stakeholders.
