About the Role
The Billing Assistant is part of a team of eight, reporting to the Finance Manager and supports the London-based accounting team headed by the Financial Controller. The role will work closely with the three Senior Accounts Assistants on the team and will support both our London and Jersey offices. Primary responsibilities include:
- Production and checking of client invoices for both the London and Jersey offices
- Posting various client related search fees
- Reconciliation of client related search fees
- Fixed fee postings
- Support production and checking of intercompany recharge invoices for both the London and Jersey offices
- Assist with managing the Accounts Help shared Mailbox
- Assisting with other ad hoc projects as required
