About the Role

The Credit Control Manager reports to our Global Collections Manager and has day to day responsibility for leading their side of the Credit Control team, to meet key daily/weekly/monthly deliverables and exceed collections targets. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Team leadership and performance management
  • Relentless pursuit of minimizing AR position across our ledgers
  • Celebrate success
  • Ensuring team operates in line with SLAs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Develop intimate knowledge of the Group\’s debt including being able to identify problem areas, and other areas of focus
  • Deliver regular updates on team performance against key deliverable measures
