Maplefields Academy is seeking a Level 3 Specialist Teaching Assistant focused on reading support for pupils across KS1–5. You will work with teaching staff to enable access to learning while supporting behaviour and pupil well-being.
As Reading Ambassador/Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will also help pupils improve reading skills, provide encouragement, and contribute to a positive educational environment within a dedicated school team.
