We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have between 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry and experience of designing, specifying and validating agentic workflows, prompts and decision logic for AI-driven automation and Gen AI use cases. Exposure to the London Market is preferred but not mandatory.

They will write and communicate specifications based on business requirements, clarifying and giving further examples where necessary. Work on multiple requests which would need detailed evaluating (MoSCoW) followed by preparing and presenting recommendations on how to productise, working collaboratively with UI/UX, developers, QA and key stakeholders.

They will also act as a mentor to the junior members of the BA team, offering support and sharing expertise.
