About the Role

We are looking for a results driven Product Growth Manager to deliver on adoption, engagement, retention and growth initiatives for our existing client base. Through strategic client communications, go-to-market initiatives and cross-sell campaigns across our risk data and product suite, this role will be pivotal in deepening client relationships, maximizing product value, and ensuring our offerings remain indispensable within our growing list of client organizations.

This role focuses on maximising value from existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities and translating complex product features into compelling commercial value propositions. You will be the bridge between our product and account management and client service organisations, ensuring our client-facing teams are equipped with the tools and messaging needed to drive meaningful conversations on how our solutions help drive better outcomes for our clients.

You will leverage your deep expertise and technical curiosity in client growth strategies and product positioning to drive retention and enhance client growth by ensuring the right message about our solutions is delivered, in the right way, to the right stakeholders at the right time. You will work closely with our Product, Account Management, Client Success and Corporate Marketing teams to deliver on growth opportunities within our existing client portfolio, creating compelling value propositions that demonstrate how our solutions can drive business impact.

This position reports to the Head of Product with a dotted line to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Client Communications & Retention

  • Establish and maintain communications channels to ensure clients are regularly updated on product updates, new features, and best practices
  • Partner with the key stakeholders to identify key moments in the client lifecycle where marketing can drive value
  • Collaborate with research, product and marketing teams to develop engaging tools across the client lifecycle
  • Build a strong client advocacy program, encouraging clients to share their success stories, participate in thought leadership opportunities, and act as references for new business
  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all client touchpoints and expansion conversations
  • In partnership with Events, organize round tables with existing Product users to foster a community, exchange best practices and socialize product roadmaps

Client Growth & Cross‑Sell Campaigns

  • Develop and execute client‑focused multi‑channel marketing campaigns that promote product adoption, retention and expansion
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product and Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities within current client accounts
  • Conduct client research and market analysis to inform product strategy and cross‑sell targeting decisions
  • Create targeted messaging frameworks for different client segments and expansion scenarios, leveraging deep product knowledge
  • Report on campaign performance, client engagement, and expansion pipeline contribution using advanced analytics and KPIs that align with revenue growth objectives

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our risk intelligence solutions and demonstrates clear ROI for existing clients
  • Create product‑focused content including expansion case studies, ROI calculators, solution briefs, and competitive battlecards that resonate with current clients
  • Support product launches with marketing and communications strategies focused on existing client adoption. This includes promotion of new partnerships, integrations and joint GTM launches where relevant
  • Work closely with Product teams to translate technical capabilities into client‑facing value propositions for expansion messaging
  • Develop deep understanding of Maplecroft client workflows, as well as data, product, and advisory capabilities in order that value proposition statements are oriented around positioning solutions to client problems

Equip Client‑Facing Teams

  • Equip account management and customer success teams with the knowledge and materials needed to effectively identify and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Develop messaging playbooks and conduct training sessions on product positioning and competitive differentiation for account management and customer success teams

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated expertise in client growth, cross‑sell campaigns, and product marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful expansion strategies that drive retention and generate revenue from existing clients
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics Experience managing, and delivering on, marketing initiatives targeting tangible growth objectives
  • Strong product marketing background with experience in positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for complex solutions and translate features into business value
  • Experience conducting client research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Bachelor\’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, compelling commercial messages that resonate with business stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams
  • Data‑driven decision making with fluency in marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Commercial focus with deep understanding of how marketing activities drive revenue growth from existing clients
