Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking individuals responsible for handling all incoming/outgoing phone calls and confirming service appointments and follow-ups. We are looking for a tenacious individual who seamlessly connects with people with a positive, can-do attitude!

Duties Include:

  • Work closely with Service Technicians to determine pricing for repairs and explain the reasoning for repair costs to customers.
  • Help customers take advantage of repair deals and learn about warranty programs.
  • Maintain repair schedules and order car parts for Service Technicians.
  • Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet service leads.
  • Setting, confirming, and following up with customer service appointments.
  • Collaborates with service advisors to schedule service appointments.
  • Maintains a general understanding of the repair process and explains the process to our customers.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Responding to inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills: As a liaison between the customer and technician, a Service Advisor must clearly explain the technician’s repair recommendations to customers while communicating customer needs to technicians.
  • Comprehension skills: Service Advisors should be able to comprehend customers' questions and concerns and what is being said when technicians give complex service recommendations.
  • Previous Call Center experience preferred.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong computer and phone skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bilingual a plus.
