Maple is a Managed IT Service Provider based in the City of London, supporting clients predominantly in the Financial Services space. So preference will be given to candidates with these backgrounds.
We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient Technical Engineer to join our team. You will be based at our office in the City of London and will engage in support and project while after settling in potentially enjoying the benefits of hybrid working. Proximity to London is essential for this role. This position will require hands-on technical expertise as well as customer-facing interactions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Microsoft 365 support and configuration
- Microsoft Intune deployment and troubleshooting
- Conditional access setup
- Office setups and relocation, as part of a team
- Network equipment deployment and patching
- Backup deployment and management
- Video conferencing system setup
- Provide support for 3rd line escalations from our helpdesk team
Required Experience:
- 4 years proven experience with Microsoft Windows and Cloud services, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Endpoint management
- Conditional access and related security features
- Cloud deployment and network setup
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft certifications are highly desirable and will be prioritised.
