We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and take ownership of multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, commercially aware and confident managing programmes, subcontractors, site teams and client relationships.

You'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly, within budget and delivered to a high standard, while also helping shape and improve the way we work as a business.

Key responsibilities
  • Review pending and won jobs
  • Lead pre-start meetings
  • Create schedules of work, materials lists and project programmes
  • Prepare start-of-job packs
  • Coordinate staff and subcontractors
  • Complete health and safety documentation
  • Monitor project progress, budgets and material costs
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and site teams
  • Identify upgrade opportunities and manage approved variations
  • Support improvements to systems and processes
