Velar por el cumplimiento de las Normativas emitidas por la Superintendencia de Bancos y de Otras Instituciones Financieras, leyes laborales, fiscales, seguridad social y otros órganos rectores. Así como las normativas internas con un enfoque sistemático y disciplinado para evaluar y mejorar la eficacia de los procesos de gestión de riesgos, control interno y la alta administración.
Funciones:
- Apoyar al cumplimiento del plan anual de Auditoría Interna, tomando como punto de partida la matriz de riesgo diseñada en base a la gestión integrada de todos y cada uno de los procesos.
- Evaluar la adecuación, suficiencia y eficacia de los elementos del Sistema de Control Interno en coordinación con el Director de Auditoría Interna.
- Dar seguimiento a los resultados de las inspecciones realizadas por el ente regulador y/o auditoría externa en coordinación con el Director de Auditoría Interna.
- Colaborar con la evaluación del cumplimiento del plan operativo anual y las diferentes actividades que debe llevar a cabo el Administrador de Prevención de LD/FT.
- En coordinación con el Director de Auditoría Interna, dar un seguimiento continuo y actuaciones presenciales de Auditoría Interna en adquisiciones, nuevos negocios y actividades en desarrollo, como elementos clave de riesgo del Plan Estratégico.
- Elaborar los informes resultantes de cada área auditada, así como los requeridos por la normativa local, realizando las recomendaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
Requisitos:
- Estudios Universitarios en Contabilidad Pública y Finanzas con mención en Auditoría Interna.
- De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Seguros.
- Competencias: ORIENTACIÓN A RESULTADOS.
