At Kedleston Group, we believe inclusion is integral to everything we do. We are looking for 2 exceptional Inclusion & Outcomes Leads to drive meaningful change across our schools, ensuring every young person with special educational needs can thrive.
Each role will cover a portfolio of around 8 schools within:
- Either the north-west (Disley, Bury, Sefton) and the Midlands (Birmingham, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire); or
- London and the south-east (Surrey/Hampshire, London) and the Midlands (Birmingham, Warwickshire, Nottinghamshire).
This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence practice at scale, working as part of the Quality team, alongside school leaders and Regional Directors to strengthen inclusion, improve outcomes, and deliver truly flexible learning pathways that work.

What you’ll be doing
- Driving improved pupil outcomes from engagement and attendance to reintegration and destinations
- Leading on inclusive practice across schools, removing barriers and championing high expectations
- Developing and strengthening flexible learning pathways and alternative provision
- Using data to identify trends, gaps, and priorities and taking action where it matters most
- Supporting schools with transitions and destination planning so every young person moves on with purpose
- Working in close partnership with Regional Directors and the Quality Team to deliver consistent, high-quality provision
- Providing both support and constructive challenge to school leadership teams
About you
You’re credible, confident and values-led, with a passion for improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. You’ll be based within commutable distance of the schools in your portfolio and be prepared to travel regularly to build relationships with school-based teams and to shape practice.
You will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in SEND, inclusion or alternative provision
- A strong track record of driving school improvement and measurable outcomes
- Confidence using data to inform decisions and challenge practice
- The ability to influence, inspire and build strong relationships across multiple settings
- A relentless focus on impact, not just activity
