We are now seeking an exceptional Director of Therapeutic Services to lead and develop our therapeutic provision across the Group.
About the role
This is a pivotal leadership role with both strategic and operational impact. You will lead a well-established and growing team of clinicians including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists, and psychologists, ensuring therapeutic practice is fully embedded at the heart of our educational model. Working in close partnership with school leaders, you will:
- Drive integration of therapeutic support across the curriculum to achieve outstanding outcomes for neurodiverse pupils and those with SEMH needs.
- Shape and strengthen clinical governance, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, supporting professional development and service innovation.
- Use data and outcomes to continuously improve and evidence impact.
- Align therapeutic practice with Kedleston’s wider education framework and vision.
The role will operate on an agile and hybrid basis. An office base will be available in Uxbridge, Birmingham, or Stockport, and regular travel across our schools including occasional overnight stays will be required.
