We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, day-to-day leadership, and continued success of Silverways School in Enfield.
The Role
- Working closely with the Headteacher, the Deputy Headteacher will:
- Provide inspirational leadership and contribute to the strategic vision of the school
- Support and, where appropriate, lead on teaching and learning, curriculum development, behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion
- Take a leading role in staff development, coaching, and performance management
- Contribute to whole-school self-evaluation and improvement planning
- Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and assume Headteacher responsibilities in their absence

- Be an experienced and successful senior or middle leader with a strong track record of impact
