What will your day look like? As our new Application Consultant, you will become part of our growing development team. Here, you will deal with lots of moving pieces and help us build the most effective way to launch marketing campaigns at scale for global brands – focusing on making the process as seamless and efficient as possible for marketers and operations specialists while also activating new technical capabilities.

As an Application Consultant you will bridge the gap between technology and marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements. You will collaborate with developers to ensure the technical solutions align with the client's business goals.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team, partnering with operations and product teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success.
  • Driving the successful adoption of Catalyst tools across our client base by leveraging your technical expertise to configure efficient and tailored end-to-end client experiences.
  • Streamlining client operations by configuring and implementing customized business rules and automations.
  • Bringing product visions to life by configuring and implementing new features according to provided specifications and designs.
  • Ensuring the quality and reliability of implementations by rigorously testing configurations and newly developed features.
  • Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within existing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collecting business requirements by engaging with marketers to translate them into technical specifications.
  • Utilizing tools to build data audiences and manage segments while understanding their quality and integrity.
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and recommending opportunities to optimize the Catalyst platform and its features.

You will join a team of highly skilled developers, architects, data specialists, product managers and project managers who are passionate about building great products and customer experiences together. You will also get to work closely with experts from other technology, creative and client teams.

Moreover, you have experience with:

  • Deep understanding of Marketing Operations: Proven understanding and implementation of advanced marketing automation setups, leveraging best practices for optimal performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory.
  • Customer Journey Expertise: experience crafting and optimizing customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and trigger-based marketing programs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Adept at understanding and adapting to diverse client processes and ways of working, with a track record of delivering tailored technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Experience querying, validating, understanding and using data for developing relevant audiences to communicate or report to.
