What will your day look like? You will be the operational engine behind our CRM initiatives, ensuring the day-to-day delivery of sophisticated campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value for major global clients. In this role, you will focus on execution, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination. You will ensure tasks move smoothly from brief to deployment, keeping client stakeholders updated and project teams aligned.

More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of customer relationship management (CRM) and digital campaigns for major global brands.
  • Facilitating the execution of personalized client communication plans, ensuring deadlines are met at every stage.
  • Managing day-to-day client communications, acting as the reliable, go-to operational contact for project updates.
  • Creating project timelines, tracking milestones, and monitoring budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Preparing project status reports, meeting agendas, and documentation to keep internal and client teams aligned.
  • Collaborating closely with specialists (developers, designers, and data teams) to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

What do you bring to the table? We are on the lookout for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital delivery and experience working with global accounts. You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and love seeing a campaign go live successfully. You are an easy-going person with a positive mindset who can navigate fast-paced project environments. As you will be coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, you are excellent at prioritizing and have a sharp eye for detail.

In addition, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
  • Experience working with large global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is a major plus).
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
  • Good understanding of what digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects entail.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating the delivery of campaigns within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud) is highly desirable.
  • The self-discipline to manage daily tasks, timelines, and project tracking excellently.
  • Great communication skills in English.
