As the Application Consultant Manager, you will lead a dynamic team while also being deeply involved in technical solutions, ensuring that marketing campaigns for global brands are launched seamlessly at scale. Your role will include both team leadership and individual contributor responsibilities. You'll be responsible for guiding your team in streamlining client operations and activating new technical capabilities while ensuring the development and adoption of Catalyst tools. At the same time, you’ll remain hands‑on in configuring, implementing, and optimizing end‑to‑end client experiences.

Your deep understanding of marketing operations and customer journey optimization allows you to advise both your team and clients on the best technical solutions. You possess strong JavaScript skills and have experience developing tailored solutions within a marketing automation platform.
