What will your day look like?
You will be the strategic and operational linchpin for our dedicated luxury client, ensuring the seamless delivery of their sophisticated CRM and campaign initiatives.
- Owning and managing the client’s campaign calendar, ensuring all marketing activities are strategically planned, prioritized, and delivered on time.
- Acting as the primary bridge between the client and our specialists to ensure technical execution aligns with strategic goals.
- Providing proactive strategic insights and clarity to the client, helping them navigate delivery challenges and optimize campaign performance.
- Providing frequent, structured updates to the client on project progress, potential risks, and key decisions.
- Managing day-to-day client communications, building a strong partnership based on trust, transparency, and delivery excellence.
- Creating project timelines, tracking milestones, and monitoring budgets to ensure all campaigns are executed within scope.
- Collaborating closely with internal specialists (developers, designers, and data teams) to ensure all deliverables meet the rigorous quality standards of a luxury brand.

- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a track record of acting as a strategic partner rather than just a task manager.
- Strong experience managing campaign calendars and prioritizing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of CRM best practices and what digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects entail.
- Experience bridging the gap between client stakeholders and marketing automation platforms (e. g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud).
- The self-discipline to manage daily tasks, mitigate risks, and drive project decisions excellently.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
