Designing and defining visual guidelines and master templates for CRM. Advising on visual identity for content used in emails, SMS, apps, and loyalty programs. Creating content assets for templates within existing design guidelines. Brainstorming with creatives and liaising with strategists, account directors, and leads. Visualizing the complete brand journey from first click to loyal customer.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years design experience in ads or in-house agency.
  • Excellent English – verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience with Generative AI tools (Claude) and prompting.
  • Experience with illustration, conceptual design, and/or brand design.
  • Strong time management and ability to navigate ambiguity.
