Responsibilities
As the Application Consultant Manager, you will lead a dynamic team while also working hands‑on on technical solutions, ensuring global brands launch marketing campaigns at scale.
Key responsibilities include
- Lead and mentor a team of Application Consultants, ensuring professional growth and successful adoption of Catalyst tools across clients.
- Set performance goals, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee team productivity, project timelines, and resource allocation for optimal delivery.
- Drive the successful configuration and implementation of customized business rules, automations, and features in the Catalyst platform.
- Collaborate within a cross‑functional team to translate client business objectives into technical requirements.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience for clients.
- Use data to build audiences, manage segments, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Continuously assess and advise on product improvements, seeking ways to enhance the Catalyst platform.

Qualifications
