What will your day look like?
- Conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather information about current ways of working
- Mapping and designing organisational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes
- Defining and describing roles, responsibilities, and decision-rights frameworks
- Developing and implementing solutions to support and improve our clients' ways of working
- Identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations to optimize organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness
- Developing operational playbooks, training materials, and change/adoption strategies that translate new ways of working into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
- Engaging and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders - including cross-functional and executive audiences - to build understanding and drive adoption of new processes, tools, or templates
- Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insight to modernise client processes and improve operational performance
- Owning end-to-end client workstreams related to ways of working, which includes project management and coordination between teams

- A bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field
- 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management or similar disciplines
- Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and operating model design
- A demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
- A willingness to travel and be flexible, as many of our clients and colleagues
