We are seeking a highly commercially minded Account Director to drive CRM strategy, stakeholder management, and the growth of our global marketing operations. You will be the trusted advisor to major global clients, guiding them on how to optimize customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through sophisticated CRM initiatives. You will lead the client roadmap, orchestrate multi‑channel campaign strategies, and oversee a dedicated delivery team. - 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment.
- Proven experience working with large global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is a massive advantage).
- Extensive experience leading teams and managing senior stakeholders across complex, global departments.
- Deep knowledge of what working with data, technical projects, and enterprise marketing automation platforms entails.
- Experience with the strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation.
- Strong hands‑on familiarity with enterprise platforms, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- The competence, confidence, and self‑discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
