As Head of Agentic AI at VML MAP, WPP's global centre of excellence for CRM, loyalty, and personalization, you will lead the charge in translating agentic AI from experimental technology into scaled, outcome‑based transformation for some of the world’s most admired brands. You will work directly with CMOs, COOs, and CIOs at enterprise clients, architecting multi‑agent systems that redesign how marketing, data, and operations work, with humans in the loop and measurable business outcomes at the centre.
Responsibilities:
- Shaping Executive‑Level Strategy & Vision: Directly engaging with C‑suite clients (CMOs, COOs, CIOs) to co‑create their long‑term marketing, data, and operations strategies, positioning agentic AI as the core driver of their future transformation.
- Orchestrating Global AI Transformation Programs: Defining the strategic roadmap and overseeing the execution of multi‑million dollar, multi‑year agentic AI programs, ensuring alignment across client organizations and VML's global network to deliver measurable, industry‑redefining outcomes.
