Requirements
- 3+ years design experience in ads or in‑house agency.
- Excellent English – verbal and written.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience with Generative AI tools (Claude) and prompting.
- Experience with illustration, conceptual design, and/or brand design.
- Strong time management and ability to navigate ambiguity.
