What will your day look like? We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, with proven creative writing skills (and fluent/professional proficiency in English), to be our full‑time, in‑house Copywriter. As our new Copywriter, you will write communications and help develop engaging activations for global clients, based on a clear understanding of their TOVs, business objectives and audiences. Your primary job will be to create compelling copy for CRM, loyalty and other comms channels.
- Write original copy in American or British English for emails, push notifications, and paid media;
- Revise copy based on internal and client feedback;
- Flawlessly proofread new business and pitch decks;
- Study insights or reports to give your copy a strong conceptual foundation;
- Lean on brand playbooks and tone of voice guides;
- Leverage new, emerging technologies to be the most creative, most efficient writer you can be;
- Play an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval.
Who are you going to work with? As a member of the Experience Design team, you will work closely with talented designers, copywriters, motion designers and creative leads, as well as experience strategists, data scientists, tech developers and project managers. Our offices are centrally located in London and Copenhagen, and we’ll expect not only great work from you, but also that you contribute to the fun, friendly, collaborative and innovative atmosphere that echoes through our office space. - 3+ years of copywriting experience from an advertising or in‑house agency

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines
