Our service is person centred, providing young people with the knowledge and tools required to make informed choices and access services and support. Our highly skilled and professional team use trauma-informed approaches to help young people to address and resolve their problems, whilst supporting their aspirations and their transition into adulthood.

The successful candidate will be provided with training on the IPS model in order to support this work with young people. This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
