CSCS Labourers Wanted – New Build Development – Swadlincote
Maptalent are urgently seeking 2 x experienced CSCS Labourers for short term work on a busy new build development in Swadlincote.
Key Duties:
- Assisting trades on site
- Loading and unloading deliveries and distributing materials across site
- Keeping the site clean and tidy in line with health and safety regulations
- Moving materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting site setup and general maintenance tasks
- Removing waste and ensuring designated walkways remain clear
- Following instructions from site management and adhering to site procedures
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
About You:
- A proven track record of working on construction sites as a labourer
- Reliable, punctual and hard working with a strong work ethic
- Able to quickly integrate into a fast-paced team environment
- Capable of thinking outside the box and working proactively
- Comfortable working off your own initiative — without the constant need for instruction
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Ability to provide references from your most recent employer
