Our client is a well-known and well-respected house builder based in the Birmingham area and they are currently in the market for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the busy commercial team.

Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in setting, monitoring and delivery of budgets.
  • They will place orders, produce accurate and timely reports for the business, and forecast cost of materials required for our builds.
  • They will liaise with subcontractors, site staff and other departments to ensure communication and collaboration is at its highest.

Qualifications:

  • HNC or higher qualification
  • National House builder experience
  • Different methods of construction i.e. Timber Frame
